1. Who processes your data
Encorv is operated by as an individual. Encorv acts as the data controller in that personal capacity.
2. What data we collect
We collect data you provide directly — for example, your name, email and company through the form on the contact page — and data generated by using the product once you register a workspace: records of companies, contacts, projects, tasks, interactions (notes, calls, emails) and files you upload. Separately, we collect aggregate site-visit statistics (pages viewed, device, approximate location by IP) via Google Analytics.
3. How we use data
Data is used to provide and support the service, respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, protect accounts from unauthorized access, and understand — in aggregate — how visitors use the site. We don't sell data to third parties.
4. Isolation within the product
Each organization's data is technically isolated: every database query is automatically scoped at the workspace level, so in normal operation one organization has no way to see another's data.
5. Data storage and transfer
Workspace data is stored with our cloud infrastructure provider, Railway. We don't share personal data with third parties except service providers necessary to run the platform (hosting, analytics), and only to the extent needed for their function.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies to collect aggregate visit statistics. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not a cookie, and is never sent to a server. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its correction, export, or deletion. To exercise this right, write to [email protected] — we respond within one business day.
8. Data retention after deletion
If you delete your workspace or request deletion of personal data, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable timeframe — except where longer retention is required by law, for example for accounting purposes.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves and as the operator's registration completes. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in the product.
