Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service
Encorv is provided by an individual.
2. Acceptance of terms
By registering a workspace or using Encorv, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Description of service
Encorv is a platform for managing client work: companies, contacts, projects, tasks, interactions (notes, calls, emails), and files including quotes. We may modify, add to, or discontinue features of the service, notifying users in advance of material changes.
4. Accounts and user obligations
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, sending spam, or infringing on third-party rights.
5. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Refunds are provided under the conditions described on the pricing page.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, reflecting the operator's registration in that jurisdiction. This wording will be revisited once registration completes, if needed.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect.
